I would have to say that was the most uncomfortable experience for me , as soon as I walked it I was barley greeted . I’ve never felt so unwelcome into a place . I get San Rafael is a predominantly white Neighborhood and I felt that when I walked in, when I opened the door the first person I see is an older woman who looked disgusted to see me walk in the door I received the driest hello with a up and down look like why are you here . What an amazing experience!!! From the welcoming vibe to the education nomad was so simple and fun! My little girl 5 and I both got piercings, the process was perfect for her, not rushed and she feels so empowered to take care of her new piercings. I can't recommend them enough! Shon is amazing!!!! Best, most fun experience I’ve ever had at a piercing shop. I walked in thinking I would just be getting some replacement jewelry - and walked out feeling a new, made-over woman! Shon was so incredibly patient with me, and encouraged me to take in the vast variety of gorgeous pieces they have on display.
