Nomad was a cool spot that me and my girlfriend found. Took the drive for the last day of my “Staycation” and was very impressed. The food was fantastic! My lamb steak was cooked perfectly and her crab po boy was really good. Our aioli flight was probably the best though, the fries were cooked beautifully and all three aioli’s were amazing! Now drinks and service was were top notch, drinks had good flavor and great balance to them and our server was attentive!
Service here is super slow! Make sure you have plenty of time, expect 10 minutes at least before you van even order drinks. Food looks good in pictures , but is average for this part of Columbus.
Man I really wanted to like this place. The menu looks amazing. It's a well chosen small seasonal menu. I did the aioli flight as the starter. The fries where amazing cooked correctly well spiced. From there it was a pretty steep dropoff. I had the mushroom risotto with scallops. The risotto was barely averagez it was missing salt and was heavy on added cream. Pleasantly surprised by the whole experience. Every dish was excellent. The service was even better. Definitely can recommend.
