HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! NEVER RETURNS CALLS OR ANSWERS EMAILS. YOU PLACE AN ORDER AND INSTEAD OF CONTACTING CUSTOMER THEY JUST CANCEL ORDER WITH NO EXPLANATION. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO NOT PURCHASE A LONG ARM MACHINE FROM THEM. WHEN YOU SPEND ALMOST $20,000 ON A SET UP AND YOU CAN'T GET CUSTOMER SERVICE IT IS DISAPPOINTING.

I have had a nolting machine sine the hobby quilter in 2005, I moved up to the 18 inch then, now I have the Pro 24 and I loved them all. I love to quilt but at 81 I now need the computer program. Unfortunately I can't afford it but I do longarm and love it. I stopped doing customer quilts most of the time so I can do my own and a lot of charity quilts, It is relaxing and gives me joy to see it finished. Love my Nolting
When I’ve called or sent a message Nolting (maybe 3-4 times since April 2011) I’ve always had a good experience. Also my dealer has answered questions and helped me if I meet up with something I can’t resolve. If I upgraded my system it would be another Nolting.
