Zero stars. My mother needed assistance repairing a longarm she previously purchased from Nolting. She called the store on October 22 and was assured by an employee that Mandy would call me back. She called again on October 22, again on October 29, and once more on November 6. Each time she called she was told Mandy would call her back and she never did. How's that for customer service? HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! NEVER RETURNS CALLS OR ANSWERS EMAILS. YOU PLACE AN ORDER AND INSTEAD OF CONTACTING CUSTOMER THEY JUST CANCEL ORDER WITH NO EXPLANATION. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO NOT PURCHASE A LONG ARM MACHINE FROM THEM. WHEN YOU SPEND ALMOST $20,000 ON A SET UP AND YOU CAN'T GET CUSTOMER SERVICE IT IS DISAPPOINTING.
