I’ve been a patient here for several years, which makes this even more disappointing. Lately, I feel like this office has really been dropping the ball when it comes to being thorough, answering calls, and following up. I went in for my yearly physical, had blood work done, and never heard anything about my results. I finally had to look at them myself and figure out what they meant and if I needed to do anything. Had my first appointment yesterday and felt so comfortable! She listens and advises in such a great way! The office has three people that work there and the three of them were great. I was able to get my bloodwork right in the office. So glad I found her!

Our family loves Shannon! It’s always easy to get an appointment there and they accept most major forms of insurance. She is easy-going and actually listens to you. She also does not push any medications and only prescribes as needed. The atmosphere there is laid-back and extremely comfortable. I love her bedside manner and recommend her for children as well. I have just switched to seeing Nolo family practice from another provider. It was nice to have someone listen to my concerns and be non-bias that intensive to every request I had. I did not feel that I was being rushed in and out, and that my time did matter. I’m so thankful I switched to providers.
