We had such a wonderful experience that we came back three days in a row! The food is consistently fresh, delicious, and authentically Italian, but what truly sets this restaurant apart is Albert. Sometimes you just crave a classic NYC Italian meal and Nolita delivered! One of the more casual options in The Ritz ~ Naples, it’s so warm & welcoming. A perfect place to come with family or a group because there is something for everyone. Our server Josh (so amazing!) let us know about the pasta being made in-house, the imported flours, and the fabulous pizza ovens. Incredibly disappointed in our dinner here last night, especially for a Ritz Carlton on property restaurant. The Chicken Parm two people with us ordered was barely edible. It was so tough they could not even cut it with steak knives. The other 3 meals were just ok. The service was incredibly slow despite being mostly empty in addition to just being flat. We encountered no friendly nor welcoming staff. So surprising to us because everything else at this resort has been top notch.
Server was friendly and spoke clear English, but the service staff and assistant server's English proficiency and accents were so poor one could not understand half of what they were trying to say. Other tables were having the same issues. But, they were trying to be nice. But nice doesn't help when you can't understand them. And the food, not up to par by any means.
