Again, i'm gone keep stressing that Nolin Recc, is THE WORST electricity company i have ever known in my life!! Pre paid accounts are being scammed daily. They increase the daily usage, so you could pay more money. It takes 1 day to see a spike in your usage, however, when everyone in the home are gone on vacation, there's less energy being used, yet the daily usage stays the same. It never decreases.
