I saw Dr Van Schenck today to get help with horrible travel anxiety, specifically flying. He listened, asked questions and gave me tools to help overcome my fear. He took the time to get to know me and he was very compassionate and understanding of my fear. I have a flight coming up in May and I feel confident that I will be better equipped to fly in a more enjoyable manner and will start experiencing travel with my husband and children that I have passed on for years.
