Dr. Norsworthy was very thorough and caring. The reason this is not a 5 star is because of the lack of staff and the long wait times/overbooking by this office. I showed up 5 minutes early for my appointment and was in the office for almost 2 hours, most of which I was in the waiting room waiting to go back. I did notice on their booking site they have multiple spots for the same doctor and the same timeslots so it seems they overbook to cram as many patients in a day as possible, not caring that this makes patient wait time... read more
Not enough staff, nor acknowledge of customers coming in. I came in to a line of 3 people, I was 4th. 10 min. No acknowledgement but heard her say to 1st guy "it's gonna be a while". Too hot today. Going home.
I absolutely love this practice. Eric takes amazing care of everyone that comes in and I have not had an unhappy experience here in 3yrs of visits

Coming from another optical retailer and making MyEyeDr my provider of choice since last year has not disappointed. The staff at this location are very knowledgeable, helpful and provide great service. Eric provides, and explains in detail, all the insurance/plan information (which can be confusing), and he can also assist in eyewear selection very well - he did for me!
