Worst builder ive ever seen. Our home was built 30 years ago. Not a single level floor joist or wall. Horrible framing and hvAc job. Who cuts a floor joist in middle and then uses plywood to fix it? Had to gut entire first floor of my home and basically rebuild joist by joist and stud by stud. Would seek damages if i could from company. Never trust this homebuilder. Cant imagine r who would hire this incompetant builder.
