During a visit today my husband was given a written prescription, because we live over an hour away he ask could it be called in so it would be available today. The lady at front desk by the name Tara who he spoke with was very nasty and unprofessional about it. He had spoken of her attitude numerous times before but today I was with him. Dr. Nolen, we love having you as our physician but if rudeness & unprofessional behavior is what we have to encounter to see you we will go elsewhere. Thanks, Marilyn Jones, RN

I have never been treated so disrespectfully by a staff member over the phone. I called to ask for my lab results, and I was told they would call me back when the can, their to busy and slammed down the phone. We'll, it's been a week and also waiting to hear back in reference to an ex ray. My husband had to witness a verbal yelling match between a front desk member and a patient. Great,caring, efficient, doctor! Listens and trys to understand concerns about illness and treatment. Explains things clearly and answers questions completely. Excellent Doctor !
