Don't waste your time, He has the absolute worst customer service around! He likes to hang up you.
Rudest customer service I've ever seen. Told him on the phone I didn't need something explained and he hung up on me. I called him back and he said I don't need to waste my time. I've had insurance for 15 years. Didn't need it explained.
Tom is a great agent. Easy to talk to & quick to respond to my questions about my policies. I don't live in Auburn anymore, but he's very easily reached by phone or through email. Highly recommend for those near and far looking for an agent!
