I hired Nolan to extend the wooden steps in my garage so you can go down the steps on the right or left sides. He showed up as promised, completed the job, I paid him with a bank transfer on the same day. I realized a few days later that the riser had two cracks several inches long. Not sure why or how my review got deleted. We used nolan back in April to do some work and everything was just bad. We spent almost 2000$ that he should be giving us back because none of the work was done and the stuff he ordered to do the work wasn't even the right size! Instead of handling it like an adult he started swearing at me over email. He is very unprofessional, and his work ethic is garbage.

Hired him to do a job, I have the receipts to show he told me it was done. We sold our house and the buyers claim it was not repaired. I called multiple times and left many messages and he continues to ignore me but when the buyers called he answered and told them he had warned me that the problem was not fixed. So he charged me and provided a receipt to show the problem was fixed and he went ahead and told our buyers that I’m lying to them about it and he still won’t answer my calls or the calls from my realtor.
