Roof was damaged after Milton and it was hard to find someone you could trust, as most of us have never had to replace a roof before or deal with the insurance side of it. Jim Steere was awesome and walked me through the whole process from beginning to end and was available for any and all questions that I had. I was absolutely dreading all of it, but he made it super easy and the actual replacement took about 8 hours with the Noland's roofing team and they did great work and we're happy and relieved it's completed. The guys were phenomenal and did a great job. Communication was consistent and the workmanship is awesome.
Nolands did our roof last month! Excellent crew! Julian, Mike and office crew were excellent to work with. They had old shingles removed, new roof installed and everything cleaned up in a timely manner. We would definitely recommend them.
James Mimbs and Jim Steere , who sold us the roof, were very detailed and explained everything throughout the process. They were professional, detailed, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. I could text James any time about any questions and he was prompt to respond. Excellent customer service. If I could give 10 stars, I would. The team installing the roof did an amazing job and we LOVE it.
