Let me start by providing one word to describe Noland Heat and Air and that one word is AWESOME! Yesterday, 6/1/26, was in the 90s, hot an humid as all. At about 9:30 PM my AC stopped cooling. I called them 1st thing in the AM and Robert made room on their schedule, IMMEDIATELY, to help me out, a disabled senior citizen. The technician showed up within a half hour and immediately went to work diagnosing the problem while being polite and cordial as he explained what he was doing and finding. Absolutely the best service experience We have ever had to Our home. The Tech was not only fast, efficient, and very knowledgeable but was just an awesome guy. I tried to stay out of His way to do His job but I felt like We were friends. Thanks so much for the fast response, honest assessment, and fair price. God bless!
