They were late getting my dad's ashes to us and charged 2500 dollars for direct cremation which is insanely high. They definitely took advantage of a situation where our father passed away and we were not locals. After they were late they quoted 75 additional dollars to mail them to us. Small town so no other options but I would love to have not done business with them. I hope that someone else sets up shop there.

A wonderful company who cares for your loved ones. I can't say enough positive things, I just recommend them wholeheartedly.
