We originally booked this load on Thursday, 2/19, for pickup on Sunday, 2/22. We were later contacted by both email and phone and informed that the shipper would be closed on Sunday, with a request to move the pickup to 2/21. We clearly stated that our truck would not be empty until the following day and would not be available on 2/21. Subsequently, we received a revised rate confirmation from Nolan Transport. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY **unless you want 2-3 phone calls a month for the next decade** I asked them to ship one thing for me in 2017, I've been on a do not call list since 2012, every time they call I tell them to remove me from the list, and I still receive calls constantly. They never answer when I call back, and when I've called to ensure my number is not in their database, I'm assured nobody will contact me again, but people still contact me.
