Very terrible company load brokerage first always liars ,always trying to sell chip loads ,plus if signed any contract for load they sell that load to other trucking company most of the time do not pay well ,just terrible. VERY BAD COMPANY probably need to put some complain to government department Better Business Bureau.

If we could give 0 stars we would. Multiple billing issues. Can not provide a statement of account. Charges to our credit card on file with no backup. We had to cancel the card. Almost every shipment gets a rate adjustment. The dispute team that handles rate adjustments puts no effort on behalf of their customers almost to the point that they seem to be in on some sort of rate adjustment scheme with the carriers. Well structured company with a shipper facing and a trucking facing side with reps ready on each side to help to the best of their ability. Great work culture and Great business structure to have dedicated people for every process From cradle to grave. There is a reason this is one of the fastest growing brokerages in north America and are the highest volume logistics provider working out of the ports. I heard their best broker is Sammy, You should ask for him if you need anything shipped.

Worst company I ever dealt with in the history of trucking. Signed up and they said being I didn't have any inspections my company wasn't real. Michigan is a probable cause state. MSP will NOT pull you around back unless they see something wrong. Nolan is looking for junk trucks with parts dragging so they can offer a ridiculously low rate. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH NOLAN (NTG)
