DO NOT BOOK WITH BOGOTA OFFICE. Bogota office is spaming with emails for updates but the moment you deliver they will totally ghost you about detention. It's been 2 weeks since we delivered and 20 emails sent made 10 calls didn't get a response from them.Thanks to Juan Gonzales

Went to shipper for pickup, arrived 2.5 hrs. Before my appointment and was removed off of the load after I was already loaded. What a terrible way of doing business.
Extremely unprofessional. I only called twice—once to inquire about a load and a second time for clarification—and they accused me of "harassing" them. The representative claimed I had already called multiple times (which was false) and then threatened to blacklist us. This was my first time ever calling Nolan Transportation Group, and to be met with that kind of attitude is unacceptable. If making two polite calls is considered harassment to them, I can only imagine how they handle real business. Stay away.
I have worked for this company for many years and no issues until December 2024 when I booked a load from Frankling Park, IL-Cedar Park, TX. When the driver arrived to the receiver he got refused saying that the load had to go to a different location. We informed the broker Malin and her team Grayson and Amber. To make this short, they were forcing us to deliver the load to Houston, TX instead. I informed them that we couldn't deliver the load there cause our driver needed to be in Laredo, TX by that night.
