Company lied about load details. Gave us a fcfs pick then to find out it was an appt time that had already passed, we were sent in 2 hours past appt time which led to 4 hour load time. Due to this we were delayed in getting to the receiver by 2 hours. We now have to wait 34 hours to unload, and theyre refusing any layover/detention because I didnt respond to their update email at 1:30am.

My first load was a great experience, look to doing more business with them. They did not worry me not one time on my load.

Decreased quality of service. It is entirely too difficult to get through to anyone and if you are not pinging them weekly they toss you in a call center pot where a dozen inexperienced dispatchers call you to pump for business. You give them business and those same inexperienced dispatchers cost you a good client for lack of communication. It's hard to watch a good company decline like this.

Bunch if kids running this..had truck of electric bikes they had it stolen and when fount had me pay $3500 to release it and one time they send me empty truck with 6 pallets instead of 25 pallets and had us pay for another truck..double charge what a shame…bad bad bad all the way… they are very irresponsible and careless and management even worse…shame on all of you ..make Is pay for your freaking mistakes..
