Scranton branch ppl are always nice but I’m glad I didn’t listen to the clerk who said transfer my business account to them as well. Everything functions like normal bank except if you file a dispute it takes up to 90days and they will not credit you for the period. Imagine that with a business account. Being a long term Chase bank user it only takes 1 week to process dispute claims and seconds for them to issue a temporary credit. I’m shocked when I was told 60-90days.
