Nolan & Sons Carpet Cleaners, and especially Jason, did a fantastic job from start to finish with our carpet cleaning. Jason called us the morning of our appointment just to confirm we were ready, and he offered a fair price for the work. I reached out for carpet and area rug cleaning, and Maurice answered the phone with a great attitude and quick responses. He gave me a fair quote for the job, and when he showed up at my place in Kansas City, he was right on time and very polite. I wanted to share my experience because Maurice was very professional and did a fantastic job with the carpet cleaning service. I had some leftover pet smells in my carpet, and he asked lots of questions over the phone to understand the problem, then explained in person what cleaning treatments he would use for my situation. Fantastic company! Terry was very friendly and really knew his stuff about carpets. I had two other places come out to look at a carpet repair, but both said it couldn't be fixed and that I would have to replace the whole carpet in the room. Terry checked it out and told me it was no problem to repair, and once he finished, he was right! You can't even tell where the old spot was that needed work. I'll definitely be calling again soon for a full carpet cleaning throughout my whole house. Excellent job!
