I was quoted a reasonable hourly fee with a detailed breakdown of any additional costs that would be incurred, which was refreshing considering some of the shocks I’ve had with contractors in the past. The guy was on time, detected the problem with my portable A/C unit within 30 minutes and did the necessary repairs effectively with no surprise charges.

Another firm told me I needed a full duct replacement. These techs found a problem with the vent connection and made the repair in about 2 hours. They were incredibly transparent at each stage and really cared that everything was secure.

I chose to write a review since the technician was very detailed in explaining each stage of the process when taking the A/C unit apart and that helped me learn why the system was not operating well. The whole operation was comprehensive and took around 2 hours so nothing was missed before putting it back together.

I couldn't be happier with the HVAC service I received. The technician arrived on schedule, worked efficiently, and completed the repair without any delays. Everything was explained clearly, and there were no surprise charges. It's refreshing to find a company that truly values customer satisfaction and quality work.
