I would give Nolan Plumbing 0 stars. My husband and I purchased a house in which Nolan Plumbing was hired to repair the plumbing of the house we purchased. We had 2 plumbing companies confirm that the plumbing needed to be replaced from top to bottom before signing. The seller “hired” Nolan to fix the plumbing but instead Nolan signed off on a letter stating that nothing was wrong.
