I had an extremely disappointing experience at this medical clinic. From the receptionist to the physicians, the overall attitude was rude and dismissive. Rather than feeling cared for, I felt like my concerns were an inconvenience. In particular, my experience with Dr. Harpreet Aujla was troubling. She appeared rushed, used incorrect forms, and did not carefully review or explain what she was prescribing. Always had a great experience visiting my family doctor at this clinic. Staff is professional and friendly.
Stopped going here because no one ever picks the phone. They don’t give you the prescription, send it to a pharmacy. And they delay sending it so now, you end up waiting. Best part - they don’t pick up the phone - reception should be fired and they should help a self booking system - they’ll save thousands.
Reception lady are so rude
Receptionist is very rude, doctors do not listen to you. Will not be returning.
