Amazing! They were flexible with my changing schedule. A lovely post op letter in my pets words was so cute. They found some infection during procedure and the price was reasonable. The clinic was flexible to my schedule on day of spayed for pick up & demonstrated genuine caring for my pet almost more than me. :)
We took our dog for a pre-spay appointmentn. We really did not enjoy the vet. She was self entitled difficult and we left feelign swindled. I read a couple other reviews that really "rang true" about how they were spoken to at this clinic. I absolutely hate when vets push their high priced dog foods as the only viable option for pets. Also, the price of the pre-spay consult was $155 (that included some prescription shampoo) but it felt WAY to high for the 10 minutes of snotty attitude from the vet. Our dog has NEVER liked being groomed. I tried several different grooming companies, pet stores and private groomers but each experience seemed to make it worse. Since starting to bring him into the vet office he is a lot calmer and I get much more positive feedback on how he did. The groomer is great with him and yesterday he walked in a lot more confidently.
Friendly staff. Patience with the pets and their owners. Clean, convenient location. Have been going here since she opened.
