I have used Noland's for years, I am a Realtor and know how some of the other heating and air business's work. My recent experience with having a home warranty AHS was horrible, having 2 other companies came to do the service through AHS. 1st came, didn't fix the issue nor want to do a full inspection did "Gas and GO" (top off Freon).
