I scheduled an appointment for a furnace cleaning about 3 weeks in advance and less than an hour before the appointment, I received a text saying he wasn’t going to make it. No reason given. No mention of possible rescheduling times - nada. Only when I messaged him with my concern about this late cancellation, did he mention he had a customer without heat that he had to take care of. Certainly understandable if true, but very odd when canceling at the last minute to fail to offer any explanation or provide an alternate date/... read more
