NOT GOOD! To start, we were promised a connected double unit and when we arrived with our furniture we had 2 back to back units. Good luck if you have issues. No one answers the phone. We were locked out of both of our units at different times. One of our units on a day we needed tools for a repair and it took a few days for them to get batteries for the lock.
