They will tell you that they do not charge for the introductory meeting...WRONG. They spend the time giving you a sales pitch on how connected they are to judges and the like and then if you decide to engage them, they bill you for that sales pitch. Had a juvenile case. They claimed that the optic of using the inferior public defender at the juvenile court (for 10% of the cost of these sharks) would be bad. I went to Nolan, Armstrong and Barton because I had heard from a friend that they were worth going to. Naturally I was nervous, I mean, this is law for crying out loud! That stuff is complicated and how should I ever even quite feel like I understand what they're saying! I spoke to them and soon realised I was just being really silly. We spoke about my predicament.
