Our experienceat The James and with Doctor Seim with all of his staff, (there were many on that team) the nursing staff and other departments was superb. Traffic direction by staff due to construction, screeners, greeters, registrars, housekeeping, valets for parking, dietary staff both in person and on the phone, speech therapy, surgery (didn't get to meet them, I hope I didn't leave anyone out), were gracious, kind, smiling always and attentive.
