Very smooth website and process. Great to be able to choose main gemstone and then ring style, not so many options that it's too overwhelming. Customer support person (Sales & Design Consultant) Ella was responsive and helpful throughout and had video call with her and production manager I think, who was also very nice. Seems like a good operation overall. And I just got the ring and it looks great
I recently got engaged to my partner and he chose and designed the most beautiful ring. I am in love. Love the Teal Sapphire, love the design. He said the process through Nolan and Vada was very easy, helpful and quick to respond with any questions he had - communication was 10/10. They gave updates through out the process and delivery.
