Great experience here as always. Everyone is very friendly and has a good atmosphere. Lanaya is nice and friendly. She went above and beyond with my hairstyle. Even though with had a few complications with the design she still did her thing. I love my hair and will be booking again. So thank you nolabraiders for always making customers happy.
Went in for a simple braid style and left with uneven, painfully tight braids that caused hair breakage. When I complained, the stylist just said 'That’s how braids are' and refused to fix it. My scalp was sore for days—never again!
I have never posted a 1-star review on Google before but this was the most frustrating and upsetting experience I have had at a hair salon. I booked an appointment a week in advance and made a deposit as is required. The total cost stated on the website for medium-length, knotless braids was listed $225 without factoring in tip. On the day of the appointment, I arrived ten minutes early to prepare the hair and do a quick consultation. Da’Janae is very talented and I’ve been pleased with each booking. She is very pleasant and communicates well. My daughter never complained about hair being too tight or any discomfort while being braided. My first booking was in December 2023 and we won’t go to anyone else! She’s the best!! I’m happy my daughter and I are apart of her journey of being a successful Braider/Stylist.
