I like the unit I moved into. I was scared from reading the reviews about roach infestation. Before I moved into the unit I treated it myself for pests just in case. So far no roaches or water bugs but there’s plenty of mosquitoes outside and wasp nests outside so many units. The office never responds to the emails I send and doesn’t answer the phone. Trash, water, water heating, water drainage, electricity, if you have pets is added on top of the rent. That’s normally included in the price. Parking is full by the end of the... read more
Our A/C went out last week, and despite a bit of a wait, it was fixed promptly upon arrival.

I’ve been living at the Nola 624 apartments for close to six years and I have loved living here every step of the way. Their maintenance department is amazing, if you put in a maintenance request, it’s fixed within 24 hours for the most part, I’m very happy with their services
Do not recommend. Too small for rent, extra utilities. Neighbors patios filled with weeks of dog poop that smell lingers to others patio and kitchen windows. Disgusting. Leasing office and Online Renter Portal sucks. Always new ones. They ask new tenants to give them 5 stars.
