Nice place for any venue
10/10 do not recommend. While the venue is visually beautiful, the way it is managed is extremely disappointing and overpriced. The staff showed little to no friendliness, compassion, or understanding. We experienced a tragic incident during our event, and there was absolutely no effort to accommodate us in any meaningful way — aside from allowing an extra 30 minutes to clean up. Beautiful venue, but strange operation. There’s a “security guard” so-called that is not really that. She was there to monitor & dictate as well as feed the staff that works for the venue. It was uncomfortable most times just trying to enjoying the event.
Horrible customer service cost more than money . It costs peace . This place has went through multiple coordinators in less than 6 months . Ignore the view , focus on the red flags . I asked the representative who’s in charge . She stated technically no one . I would love to keep the venue ! I stated that in November as well , when I emailed you prior with no response from the email on the website. I also payed the other $250.00 as well as Zelled another $750.00 .
