keith and elias at Nola Rug & Upholstery Cleaning did an amazing job on my carpets. after about a year my carpets in allen get pretty dirty, especially with my dog, and even though i vacuum and try to spot clean, some stains just won’t come out. the deep carpet cleaning they did really made a difference. i’ve tried other services before, but i was always left wishing for better results, but not this time. my carpets look like new after they finished, and it really felt worth every penny.
We heard about this carpet cleaning company and decided to give them a try. With two dogs and two teenagers, our carpets in Allen really take a beating. No show, and then blamed me that I wasn’t receiving their tech calls. Please go back and check your out of office call center log. I called several times, trying to reach Alexander (the manager) but never got any response. Mind you he called me the initial day, that schedule needed to be changed due to an issue with the techs vehicle. Then we agreed to Monday.
