I would give the team 10 stars if I could! I had never heard of refurbishing carpets instead of just replacing them, but they took the time to explain how carpets can be professionally cleaned, cut, and stretched to remove years of wear in less than a day. My experience with Nola Rug & Upholstery Cleaning was amazing! I sent in a 10 x 17 area rug that was really dirty and had a lot of stains (the fringe was almost dark brown!), and I thought it was beyond hope. However, since it was a valuable rug, I decided to give it a shot. I was blown away when I saw the rug—it turned out BEAUTIFULLY! We came home from visiting family to discover that our 120lb labrador-retriever had a few accidents while we were away. I really appreciated that he was willing to move a lot of my furniture, unlike some other services that wouldn't help with that.
