I forgot to take a picture of our food. It was all so Delicious looking we dove right in. We had the Mild Shrimp Boil, and the Spicy Boil, Jambalaya, and Seafood Gumbo. It was perfect. The menu had so many good looking options... Im going to have to come back for the Creole Beef Stew! The staff was friendly and helpful while we were browsing the menu trying to decide. I had the Jambalaya, it tasted like it had been in a crock pot for quite awhile. The rice was mush and it was terribly dried out. I tried 2 bites and could not eat it. My husband took it back up and told the lady that I could not eat it, no reply she took it and walked away. We left and will not be back. In fairness my husband's meal was OK, not great but he was able to eat his. It is a clean, small restaurant. You go to the counter, give your order and they bring it out to you. Ordered a few pans of the jambalaya, red beans/rice, and cornbread for a party. They had it ready to go when we pulled up and was steaming hot. Now beyond the ease of picking up, the food was killer. The jambalaya had amazing flavor and a great kick that will definitely rival anything in New Orleans. The red beans and rice and cornbread were the perfect sides. Couldn't recommend this place enough if you want some authentic Cajun food and/or catering for parties. Will definitely be back.
