My husband and I did business with this company a few months ago. We paid them more than $10k for two jobs, neither of which was completed satisfactorily. The work at the initial job was subpar. They repaired a section of flooring, but did not match the subfloor. There is now a dip in floor at the site of repair, which will ultimately cause damage to our wood flooring due to the constant bending.
