Management is horrible. Won’t verify rental history when you want to move and the manager comes into work daily drunk. Sheriffs come weekly to tell management to pay the garbage because they don’t and then the garbages over flow. Super disgusting place to live and poorly managed.
Just started here. I am a maintenance tech with SMI. It will take me a bit to fix all the things that were "fixed" previously but with time and love and elbow grease , this little complex will be almost as amazing as the residents. :)
Have tried submitting application multiple times. Website seems to not work well. According to other reviews their website has always been faulty. I’ve tried calling emailing and have gotten no response. They are useless and seem to care very little about those who already rent there. Complete BS
Editing to add more photos of move out. I was indeed charged for all the things I was told I wouldn't be when I moved in. I was also charged for the last two days of the month I had already paid, even though I wasn't living there. I have once again sent an email with proof I already paid it and proof of the written notations from my original rental agreement, Its been over a week now with no response. This place is a joke. Management never answers the phone or returns calls. Maintenance takes months to be done and has to be requested multiple times. Lived there for a year the dishwasher was full of black mold and wouldn’t drain. Sent multiple maintenance requests and they finally replaced it 2 months before my move out. Soo for 10 months we didn’t have a dishwasher that was safe to use. The paint they had “redone” before move in didn’t even reach the baseboard moldings.
