I am beyond thankful for Nola Pelvic Health and all of the therapists that I have worked with over the past year. In particular, Claire Schott Lusignan has made a huge impact on my journey and provided me with the compassion and support I needed to have success with my issues. I have tried a variety of treatments and practices and attribute my success to Nola Pelvic Health. I am very thankful for their kindness, knowledge, and gentle approach.
The entire staff at NOLA Pelvic Health was so compassionate. I initially made an appointment to gain flexibility after receiving radiation to my pelvis. My practitioner, Ashley Holstein was amazingly knowledgeable, kind and relaxed. Throughout treatment sessions, I gained core strength in my pelvic floor, improved flexibility, and body confidence. I am a cancer survivor who underwent chemotherapy. The oncologist never told me about the long term effects of chemo on the pelvic floor. Not only did chemo put me in immediate menopause, but it turned my pelvic floor hard as a board, instead of elastic and flexible. As a result, sex with my husband went from painful to impossible.
