Upon arrival the floor and not been swept or mopped,there were no towels in our room,the smell was awful and the toilet has a brown ring in it and urine on the seat.Table tops were dusty,one bed's sheets had red stains and the comforters were full of cigarette burn holes not to mention outdated.After speaking with the manager, who ensured me that our floor would be swept and mopped it was not and I had to ask for a broom and mop to do it myself.The bathtub and walls in the bathroom were dirty so we cleaned the tub prior to u... read more

We arrived to the hotel after a 24 hr drive down from NY and the hotel told us they did not have our reservation so we had to wait in the car for 2 hrs while I was on hold with Hopper. We ended up getting the room and walked into a dirty room. The smell was horrible and there was no way of getting that smell out. We had to clean the floors and counters and bathroom ourselves.
