My step dad brought a brand new starter from Autozone, Brought the new starter to these people and paid $600 all together and the car broke down right around the corner. Found out they put a used one on and took my new starter.
They charged my daughter $755 for a fuel pump that was never changed. We live out of state and the car broke down on the middle of the interstate 2 hrs away. So we had to have it towed, and the new auto shop confirmed that the gas tank had never been dropped. You should be ashamed of yourself for putting a teenager in a dangerous situation. She should have read the previous review but was desperate to get her car fixed. So we are now out the $755 you charged plus all the extras.
Car wouldn't start and back blinkers didn't work, told them this and they said it needed a new battery. Came back and it still wouldn't start, told me it needed gas even though it was basically full, it started and brought it back home. Tried to drive it later that day and it wouldn't start and they didn't repair the blinkers. Basically paid $200 for nothing.
