Terrible. Dismissive doctor. “Diagnosed” my issue before running tests, gave coupon for supplements that made my ear ringing worse. Tested my ears anyway and offered no solutions but another referral. Paid Copay + was billed $70 after insurance. Ears still ringing. I was better off doing my own research, I could’ve saved myself $150 and an autistic meltdown. Very Triggering and traumatic experience.
Best ENT in New Orleans! After years of seeing other ENTs who completely missed my underlying condition, Dr. Cecola was the one who finally identified the issue. Since that time, he has been my ENT, my daughter’s ENT, and the ENT I recommend to everyone. He is thorough, knowledgeable, and takes the time to truly listen and connect the dots. I trust him implicitly with my health and that of my family.
