Very deceptive. Watch out. I want there to see if i am a candidate for septoplasty. That was it. She turned into two different charges. One for visit and one for poking my nose. What a joke!!!
Everybody's nice and they get you well. Dr. Cecola saved me from having to get surgery. And he always takes care of my little one when he catches something from daycare.
You don’t find doctor’s offices like this very often anymore. Dr. Cecola is not only an extremely competent doctor, you can actually get in to see him when you are sick. His office is very traditional, the way doctor’s offices used to be. He is a dying breed, unfortunately, and truly one of the best.
Receptionist made me miss evaluation and weeks worth of treatment because she informed me they did accept my insurance even after I called back to verify. When my referral was being sent, they said they were out of network. I would go elsewhere if their doctors are anything like their admin/reception.
