While I try my best to shop local. This place has the most incompetent staff I’ve ever delt with. Called not only once but twice to verify an active prescription. I show up to be told it’s expired. Get it together and stop hiring employees with zero brain activity

I have been with Nola discount pharmacy Since late 2017 to 2018 to present day March 13th 2026! I have established a good relationship with everyone that works there and I wouldn't go anywhere else now that I've experienced The Great bedside Manner they treat their customers I always have a great experience at Nola Discount Pharmacy. This place needs to close. Today picking up a prescription had to wait a few minutes no problem when prescription was ready the lady pharmacist I would say throw the red basket thru the opening to Linda. Talking about employees with attitude. Believed me this place had really gone down in the past 6 months after the other crew left. They do not go out their way for the customers . Hopefully the new pharmacy on the Blvd takes some of your business.
