It's not a glamorous building, but for the price it seems right. There were a lot of things in disrepair when we arrived, putting in a work order after the weekend. So far good enough. 3month update. 2.5 stars. Work order entirely left with no response. Been taking care of the various insect issues ourselves. Can't open half the windows Air conditioners are not strong enough to maintain lower than high 70s. I used to live on lake avenue & I want to appreciate to one of the best maintained guys that work there. His name is Erick, one of the best workers who assisted me living there with any issue I had. For any inconvenience ask for Erick.
If I could give a no stars it still wouldn’t be enough! The second week I lived here a man told my brother in law he was videotaping my dog though my window because he was a Pitt bull and he barked at him. What dog isn’t going to bark when they have a man in the window?! I made a complaint and all they said was “he’s just a grumpy old man. He’s not any harm!” He violated my home! That’s not ok!
