Terrible service from their service center which implied that I damaged the phone. At 69 plus years, I rarely use the phone which is always in a pouch in my purse. The company refused to repair the phone which is still under warranty. I will never buy a Nokia product. And, the accompanying note was unprofessional- no phone number to call. No signature- Disgusted with Nokia.
