Dr. Bill has been my primary DR for years and I can't say enough good things about him. He and his staff have excellent bedside manner and he has completely earned my trust as a physician over the years. When there is an issue, he helps me get to the bottom of it. I've never had a hard time getting an appointment and in all of the years I've been seeing them they have only cancelled on me once due to an emergency. He is by far the best doctor I've had, and I plan to stick with his practice for as long as possible!

I took my Grandson to Nokesville Medicine as a new patient. While filling out the online paperwork for him, I was disappointed to have to navigate through options of gender roles other than male and female. On to the appointment, my friend recommended me and told me her family has been seeing Dr. Barrere for years and that she has NEVER had to wear a mask. My family and I all highly recommend Nokesville Medicine. Dr. Bill and his staff are so kind, accommodating, knowledgeable, etc etc! We saw Dr. Bill for a variety of reasons including when my 9 year old daughter stepped on a tiny piece of glass… with a steady hand and a heart full of kindness and patience, Dr. Bill removed the glass from her foot and even put the glass in a vial so she could bring it home to show off! They truly care and know their patients. I wish every doctor was like Dr. Bill. He’s the best!!
You will not receive a higher level of care with the very best bedside manner, than at Nokesville Medicine. He sets a high bar, that is hard to beat.
