Amazing training, for all levels of skill, yes im talking to you proffessional fighters there is plenty of competition to hone your skills.
Best gym I've ever been to and fought under. Constant attention to detail and wealth of knowledge in all areas of martial arts, intensive one on one attention (competing or not), unique atmosphere in the sense of its comradery and just a straight up fun time to train at with the team. Should be the first stop on the Sunshine Coast if you're looking to train.
