I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this nail salon. I was attended by two different nail technicians, and both of them cut the skin around my nails. I left with multiple cuts, bleeding, soreness, and pain—and I have photos clearly showing the injuries afterward. Lovely environment, and highly skilled nail technicians. The staff were kind, the salon was clean and relaxing, and my nails came out beautifully. Gel Manicure and regular pedicure with massages was $70, not too expensive for the detail and care provided. The technician painstakingly layered the gel on my nails until I was satisfied, which he only knew because he asked (I didn’t have to say much); He cleaned everything up on the edges until it was perfect. I am a very happy customer.

I recently had one of the worst mani/pedi ever. The manicure was done while my pedicure was being done and I had to keep reaching my arm awkwardly. Also I had to ask to have the email tech even and shape my nails. She was going to polish them at all different lengths and shapes. The one nail that needed repairs was done so poorly it is misshaped. I specifically went for the nail shaping and it was just the worst. Gotta find a new place to go

I had a very disappointing experience at this nail salon. The service was poor, and the staff seemed careless and unprofessional. Most concerning was the lack of hygiene—tools did not appear to be properly cleaned or sanitized between customers, which is unacceptable. For anyone who values cleanliness and quality service, I would strongly recommend avoiding this place. I will not be returning.
