Best manucure pedicure ever, most long lasting and detailed. Lovely shop too.

I came in on a quiet day and was served straight away. The lady was so friendly and lovely, turned the massage chair on while removing my previous shellac polish - it was just what i needed! They gave me all the time i needed to choose my colour, giving friendly tips where needed. A really nice, polished look for my toes - thank you!
I went to get a manicure and normal polish two days before an event assuming the polish will last more than two days. After 24 hours four fingers on my right hand had chipped. After 48 hours every finger on both hands had chipped. I went back to try and have the polish redone before my event and the manager was so rude. Not only did she refuse to redo it she would not even let me use their remover and polish to redo it myself. I came here on Tuesday for a manicure and I should have read the reviews. The older lady doing my nails was totally disinterested, was obsessed with the people outside the shop, kept hopping off her chair to attend some emergency or other (I have no idea what!) and I found it impossible to communicate with her. The BIAB removal and reapplication took a while, the result is bumpy and thick, with lots of spillage over the edges. Plus my fingers were burnt twice from the drill.
