Noire salon … I have been a Noire salon customer for 5 years . My beautiful Manicurists "Coco " is the most Formidable,Compassionate person. I have the worst driest dry skin in my feet . She never complain and embarrasses me . I recommend Noire salon to every women who wanted to be pamper !!!
