I have been going to Noir for various hair services and makeup services, since its inception. The atmosphere is quiet, relaxing and the services are excellent. The stylists are knowledgeable, friendly and focus on maintaining healthy hair. I am always satisfied with my experience.

Very professional! My stylist Cheyenne is always able to bring my crazy ideas to life. The staff is very friendly and respectable, but more than anything their work is amazing! Thank you Cheyenne and Ms. Ty’Rasha for always getting me right! 10/10 recommend.
